Shipping Policy

We ship orders from the United Kingdom. All available items are carefully packed, and tracking details are provided once an order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

Standard delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders of £100 or more. Express delivery is available for £6.99.

European Union

Standard international delivery costs £14.99.

Other international destinations

Delivery to selected international destinations costs £23.99.

United States

Tracked delivery to the United States costs £29.99 GBP. Customers shopping from the United States will see product prices and the converted shipping charge in US dollars.

Delivery normally takes approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch. This estimate does not include unexpected customs or carrier delays.

Import duties and applicable taxes are calculated using each product’s HS code and country of origin and are charged separately at checkout. These charges are not included in the £29.99 shipping fee. Customers should not normally be asked to pay import charges again when the parcel is delivered, although customs authorities may reassess a shipment where required.

The standard US checkout rate is available for orders up to £1,750 or its converted US-dollar equivalent. Please contact us before placing a larger order so that we can arrange an appropriate shipping service.

Customs and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

International delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier disruption may cause delays outside our control.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs of the parcel and item.
